Our primary goal in our café is to equip our students with all the necessary skills, should they wish to follow a career in the food industry. We strongly believe this program will give them the tools to they require to successfully achieve this.
In our Café Program, our students learn:
- About the food, drinks and other products we sell.
- Merchandising.
- Customer sales and service skills.
- All aspects of using a cash register.
- Inventory control.
- Daily updating of our specials board.
- The importance of hygiene in the café.
- Good housekeeping.
Wayne’s Cup Café is wheelchair accessible. We have free parking, TV, Wi-Fi and accept all major debit and credit cards.
Please note that we also cater for larger take-out orders for local business and organisations.
